Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Quality department, managing a team of 12-20 professionals with a direct reporting line to upper management
  • Establish and nurture a dedicated quality management team
  • Design and execute quality programs, procedures, and processes to meet regulatory standards, company policies, and industry benchmarks
  • Implement effective monitoring and evaluation of quality metrics
  • Collaborate across departments and locations to identify, analyze, and resolve quality challenges, ensuring quality considerations are integrated into all operations
  • Evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed education or training in engineering, quality management, or related disciplines
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of established quality standards and methodologies, including ISO/TS 16949, Six Sigma, and FMEA
  • Proven track record in leading quality projects and teams, with successful implementation of quality enhancements
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to guide the quality team and collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
