Job Description

EPM Scientific is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Field Quality Assurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Organization: Collaborate with the Compliance Group Manager to plan and organize external audits, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Active Participation in Audits: Participate actively in audits to support the audit process, providing valuable insights and expertise.
  • Report Processing: Process audit reports in consultation with the Compliance Group Manager, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Action Plan Implementation: Transfer action plans to SAP, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation.
  • Training and Development: Organize or participate in external training for internal auditors, in consultation with the Compliance Group Manager, to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong skills in MSOffice, SAP, and Outlook, with a focus on quality management.
  • Language Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken skills in German and English.
  • Experience: Possess work experience in compliance and auditing, with a strong understanding of quality management principles.
