In your role as a Key Account Executive within our High Performance Polymers division, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for low carbon footprint biobased and recycled materials tailored for the automotive industry.
Your Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy (including volume and pricing/margin) aimed at fostering growth in the designated territory, with a particular emphasis on key accounts and OEMs.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with global account teams to coordinate activities.
- Assess customer demand and align sales efforts accordingly.
- Build and maintain robust relationships across various levels and functions within customer organizations and OEMs.
- Promote our products and applications while identifying new customers and partners within your assigned territory.
Your Additional Responsibilities:
- Represent Arkema at industry trade shows.
- Contribute to articles, present at conferences, and engage in relevant events.
- Analyze the value chain, competitive landscape, and market trends within your territory.
- Participate in standard committees and influence material specifications for testing as necessary.
- Utilize company tools (CRM, SAP, etc.) to manage and report on your activities.
Your Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in polymer sales, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French or Eastern European languages (e.g., Polish) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, prioritization, and innovative capabilities.
