We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at de Bijenkorf. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal support to our internal departments and ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts related to e-commerce, wholesale, and consignment agreements
- Provide legal advice to internal departments on various legal matters
- Collaborate with the Head of Legal to ensure that our business operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Monitor and stay up-to-date on new legislation and regulations to ensure that de Bijenkorf is always in compliance
- Participate in various projects as a legal specialist
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law
- At least 3 years of experience as a lawyer
- Strong knowledge of contract law and e-commerce regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
