Operations Manager for Creative Agency

We are a vibrant Creative Agency specializing in Performance UGC Ads tailored for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Our diverse team operates entirely remotely across Germany, fostering a warm and inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with our founder on administrative, operational, and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate and independently manage client meetings.
- Ensure quality control of team deliverables for our clients, including concepts, creator briefings, and video editing.
- Proactively oversee project timelines, deadlines, and task management.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams.
- Organize and plan cross-functional meetings.
- Assist in client acquisition and sales activities.
- Create essential materials and presentations for both internal and external engagements.
- Conduct marketing-focused online webinars.
- Serve as Content Manager for webinars, LinkedIn, newsletters, and social media channels.
- Support organizational development initiatives.
- Handle project-specific tasks and research assignments.
- Perform preliminary accounting tasks, such as invoice verification.
- Assist in client acquisition and sales activities.
- Preferably a completed vocational training or Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Structured work style with a high degree of responsibility.
- A natural affinity for marketing and a creative touch for evaluating our ads and concepts.
- Ability to quickly understand and maintain discipline.
- Excellent communication skills for interactions with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated reliability and adherence to established processes.
- Analytical mindset with technical comprehension.
