Opportunity for Creative Collaboration

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team at Creative City Berlin as artist/product/content and social media managers for a new independent record label. This exciting project focuses on newcomer and emerging artists from various genres, including pop, alternative, hip-hop, R&B, soul, and rock. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build something from the ground up with us, working closely with our existing electronic music label.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals with experience or a willingness to gain experience in this field, who are passionate about building a project that showcases emerging talent. This is a long-term commitment, and we understand the importance of balancing work and personal responsibilities. We plan to structure the project to allow team members to manage their tasks and responsibilities alongside their existing jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for artist discovery and promotion• Manage and maintain social media presence for the label and its artists• Develop and execute content marketing plans to engage with our target audience• Work closely with our existing electronic music label to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth• Contribute to the development of the label's brand and identity
