Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Events & Creative Manager to lead our events and creative strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating our internal and external events, as well as developing innovative event formats to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Plan and execute internal and external events, including conferences, workshops, and product launches
  • Collaborate with our creative agency to develop innovative event formats and branding assets
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with event partners and vendors
  • Monitor and evaluate event success, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English
