Head of Business Development

Als Head of Business Development bei SPRK GmbH übernimmst du die strategische und operative Verantwortung für unsere digitalen Plattformen und die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern. Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien, um unsere Umsätze zu skalieren und unsere Marktposition zu stärken.
Deine Aufgaben:
- **Strategische Partnerschaften**: Du entwickelst und pflegst strategische Partnerschaften mit Unternehmen, um unsere Plattformen zu stärken und unsere Umsätze zu steigern.
- **Umsatzskalierung**: Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien, um unsere Umsätze zu skalieren und unsere Marktposition zu stärken.
- **Digitaler Marktplace**: Du entwickelst und pflegst unseren digitalen Marktplace, um unsere Kunden und Partner besser zu bedienen und unsere Umsätze zu steigern.
- **Teamleitung**: Du leitest ein Team von Fachleuten, die dir bei der Umsetzung deiner Strategien unterstützen.
- **Kommunikation**: Du bist verantwortlich für die Kommunikation mit unseren Partnern, Kunden und dem Team.
Um diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigst du:
- **Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung** in der Branche und in einer Führungsposition.
- **Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien**.
- **Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten**.
- **Fähigkeit, ein Team zu leiten**.
- **Kenntnisse in der Lebensmittelindustrie**.
