We are seeking a Senior Fleet Compliance Manager for the EU Region, responsible for upholding fleet standards and ensuring compliance with contractual and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee fleet accountability metrics across the EU.
- Conduct ongoing data analysis to identify and address systematic failures.
- Document and report on service quality levels.
- Foster strong relationships with senior leadership and legal teams within EU operations.
- Collaborate with Fleet Operations and Compliance leaders across various regions.
This position requires travel to various locations to assess the implementation of quality assurance processes and vehicle health.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, or Contract Management.
- Proven ability to influence and engage with cross-functional teams at senior leadership levels.
- Strong track record of developing valuable partnerships.
- Exceptional communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or other advanced qualifications.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Quality Management certification.
- Project Management certification.
- Experience in Fleet Management.
- Proficiency in a second European language is advantageous.
