About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EU Transport Compliance Manager to join our EU Fleet Compliance Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring fleet standards are maintained and adhering to contractual and service level standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance fleet accountability mechanisms to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved.
  • Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to address systematic failures.
  • Own fleet accountability metrics across EU and document service quality levels.
  • Build effective relationships with AMZL senior leadership and legal teams within EU AMZL.
  • Collaborate with Fleet Operations and Compliance Leaders in other geographies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, or Contract Management.
  • Ability to influence and interact with cross-functional teams at the senior leadership level.
  • Excellent communications skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters or other post-graduate degree.
  • Lean Six Sigma degree.
  • Quality Management Certification.
  • Project Management Certification.
  • Fleet Management experience.

This role is based in Berlin and requires travel to visit Delivery Stations to monitor the application of quality assurance processes and vehicle health.
