About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior EU Transport Compliance Manager to join our EU Fleet Compliance Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our fleet operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with operating and service standards across the EU Fleet.
  • Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved.
  • Own fleet accountability metrics across EU and analyze data to detect systematic failures.
  • Document and report service quality levels, building effective relationships with AMZL senior leadership and legal teams within EU AMZL.
  • Collaborate with Fleet Operations and Compliance Leaders in other geographies to drive best practices and improve fleet performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, or Contract Management.
  • Proven experience in Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, or Contract Management, with a strong track record of influencing and interacting with cross-functional teams at the senior leadership level.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a high bar for accuracy and detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma degree, Quality Management Certification, or Project Management Certification is a plus.
