About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EU Transport Compliance Manager to join our EU Fleet Compliance Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring fleet standards are maintained and ensuring contractual and service level standards are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance fleet accountability mechanisms to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved.
  • Owning fleet accountability metrics across EU and ongoing data analysis to detect systematic failures.
  • Documenting and reporting service quality levels and building effective relationships with AMZL senior leadership and legal teams within EU AMZL.
  • Collaborate with Fleet Operations and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of fleet operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, or Contract Management.
  • Proven experience in influencing and interacting with cross-functional teams at the senior leadership level.
  • A history of developing strong, value-add partnerships and ability to handle and prioritize when presented with a high volume of tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters or other post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Lean Six Sigma degree or Quality Management Certification.
  • Project Management Certification or Fleet Management experience.
  • Second European language would be an advantage.
