The hotel features the Mövenpick Restaurant, the exquisite Fine Dining Restaurant "Chesa Rössli," and a well-frequented Lounge Bar. Guests can also unwind in the sauna and fitness area located on the rooftop terrace.

We are currently in search of a Front Office Agent / Receptionist (m/f/d) to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing assistance to guests and addressing inquiries and requests
• Facilitating check-in and check-out processes
• Managing the phone system and directing calls appropriately
• Addressing guest complaints and resolving escalations
• Offering information to guests
• Understanding pricing structures, room types, and hotel amenities
• Monitoring daily guest arrivals
• Processing reservations
• Preparing cash transactions
• Overseeing booking operations and establishing debtor accounts
• Maintaining data records

Qualifications:

• Experience in upscale hospitality with a focus on hotel or event management
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Dependable team player with a proactive mindset
• Enthusiastic and adaptable contributor
• Proficient written and spoken English skills
• Ability to perform under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and organizational capabilities
