We are currently in search of a Front Office Agent / Receptionist (m/f/d) to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting guests and addressing inquiries and requests
• Managing check-in and check-out processes
• Operating the telephone system and routing calls
• Resolving guest complaints and escalations
• Providing comprehensive guest information
• Understanding pricing structures, room classifications, and hotel amenities
• Monitoring daily guest arrivals
• Processing reservations
• Preparing cash transactions
• Overseeing booking procedures and establishing debtor accounts
• Maintaining data accuracy

Qualifications:

• Experience in upscale hospitality with a focus on hotel or event management
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Dependable team player with a proactive mindset
• Enthusiastic and adaptable contributor
• Proficient written and spoken English
• Ability to perform under pressure, along with flexibility and organizational skills
