About the Role
As a working student, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the development and enhancement of our corporate and business strategies. Your role will encompass various supporting functions that are crucial for our growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the founders to address strategic and operational challenges.
- Assist in expanding our initiatives in marketing, communications, customer success, and strategy, along with potential involvement in HR, finance, and legal matters.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of concepts, as well as prepare essential documents and presentations.
- Maintain organized meeting notes and project documentation as needed.
- Conduct research on industry trends and potential partnerships.
- Proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance our products and services, along with internal processes.
- Demonstrate attention to detail while breaking down complex tasks into manageable components, without losing sight of overarching goals.

QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who possess:
- Practical experience in business concepts, both theoretical and applied.
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Marketing, communications, customer success, strategy, legal, finance, or HR.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related fields; pursuing a Master’s Degree is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in German is a plus but not mandatory.
- Enrollment as a student willing to commit 20 hours per week during the academic term, with the possibility of increased hours during breaks.
