Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruiters in applicant management and coordination of appointments
- Act as a contact person for incoming questions from applicants and external service providers via phone and email
- Maintain the central mail inbox of our department
- Participate in active and passive search for suitable candidates to fill our vacancies
- Collaborate in day-to-day business and projects
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, social sciences, business psychology with a focus on human resources and/or marketing or a comparable course of study
- Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- IT affinity and good MS Office skills
