Logistics Talent Acquisition Assistant

Unlock your potential in the dynamic world of logistics at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting our recruiters in various tasks, including applicant management, coordinating appointments, and maintaining our central mail inbox. Your excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation will enable you to effectively interact with applicants and external service providers via telephone and email. You will also participate in the active and passive search for suitable candidates to fill our vacancies and collaborate with your colleagues in day-to-day business and projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, social sciences, business psychology with a focus on human resources and/or marketing or a comparable course of study
  • Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
  • IT affinity and good MS Office skills
