Customer Relationship Management Campaign Specialist (m/w/d)
IHRE AUFGABE:
Verantwortung für die Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Online- und Offline-Kampagnen, einschließlich der Erschließung neuer Kommunikationskanäle. Entwicklung eines internationalen, kanalübergreifenden Customer Lifecycle Managements. Implementierung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Produkt- und Marketinginhalts-Empfehlungsmaschinen in verschiedenen Kundenkontaktpunkten (online/offline). Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Daten-, Zielgruppen- und Kundenanalysen mit anschließenden Handlungsempfehlungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Experten für Analytik. Erstellung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen, einschließlich der Aufbereitung von KPIs. Projektmanagement über verschiedene Bereiche hinweg sowie Ansprechpartner für diverse interne und externe Stakeholder.IHR PROFIL:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, (Internationales) Marketing, Online-Marketing, Medien- und Kommunikationsmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich CRM und Kampagnenmanagement, E-Mail-Marketing und/oder E-Commerce, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in Kundendaten und Segmentierungsmodellen. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Omni-Channel-CRM im B2C-Bereich. Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Excel, Google Analytics sowie Kenntnisse in Business Intelligence; erste Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Dynamics D365 Marketing sind wünschenswert. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine Affinität für Zahlen und Trends. Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit einer zuverlässigen, planvollen und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise. Sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern.UNSER ANGEBOT:
