Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy & Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the security posture of our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients' IT and security teams to implement strategic security initiatives and projects, working alongside other NVISO experts to address client challenges;
- Enhancing security governance, policies, processes, and guidelines across all facets of cybersecurity;
- Developing and refining clients' Security Strategies by establishing Enterprise and IT governance frameworks through policies, standards, processes, and operational structures;
- Designing Information Security Architectures that align business functions with the cybersecurity and IT landscape;
- Creating actionable plans in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Assisting clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with information security regulations, contractual obligations, and internal standards;
- Formulating a Security Strategy supported by comprehensive risk and threat assessments in partnership with key organizational stakeholders;
- Providing reports to senior management within client organizations;
- Engaging with a wide range of organizations, from large enterprises to smaller firms, all unified in their goal to enhance protection against evolving cyber threats.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) related projects;
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree; while a background in IT or technology is not mandatory, a strong affinity for technology is essential;
- Relevant certifications such as ISO certifications (ISM or Auditor), CISSP, or GSEC are advantageous;
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity control frameworks like ISO27002, NIST CSF, BSI, or CIS Controls is required;
- Experience in aligning NIS2 and/or DORA requirements with practical implementations in organizations and financial institutions is a plus;
- Ability to work autonomously while valuing teamwork;
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a genuine concern for colleagues;
- Demonstrated project management capabilities;
- Results-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within established timelines, prioritizing client satisfaction;
- Proficiency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Eligibility for NATO CLEARANCE is required.
