Transformative HR Leadership Opportunity

MARKT-PILOT, a pioneering B2B scale-up in Germany, is seeking a visionary HR leader to spearhead our people strategy and drive organizational growth. As the Head/Director of HR, you will be instrumental in shaping our HR function and contributing to our business success.

Your Mission
  • Strategic People Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy, aligning with our growth objectives and creating a roadmap for our people team's success.
  • Global People Management: Oversee and develop people operations, talent acquisition, and employer branding across our global footprint (Germany, US, Italy, Sweden).
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing requirements and recruit top talent, ensuring our teams are equipped to drive business growth.
  • Talent Development: Design and manage our framework for employee growth, working closely with department leaders to ensure our people are empowered to succeed.
  • HR Operations Excellence: Oversee and continuously improve HR operations to ensure efficient, effective processes that support our growth and employee satisfaction.
  • Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team and employees, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
  • Culture Shaping: Foster a high-performing culture that transcends teams and geographies, aligning with our company's strategic goals.
Your Skills
  • Growth and Scaling Expertise: Proven track record of scaling startups or scaleups globally, with expertise in managing HR operations in rapidly growing environments.
  • HR Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a startup or scaleup.
  • HR Operations Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR operations, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and efficient HR practices.
  • Hands-On Mentality: Proven ability to lead and execute HR strategy, with a hands-on approach to driving organizational growth and success.
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of German and English, with high communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
