Business Development Manager

This role oversees the Rosenheim, Germany Real Estate Workplace Operations, reporting to the Head of Global Workplace Operations EMEA. As the key contact for Ericsson stakeholders, you will ensure the delivery of Workplace Experience needs through the in-house team and Ericsson's outsourced Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partner. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, supply partner management, and cost management to achieve FM & hospitality services, workplace management, and sustainability objectives.
The Skills You Bring- Hold a BA, BSc, MSC, or similar degree
- Have solid workplace management experience, with both operational FM and stakeholder management roles
- Develop effective presentations on complex topics for employees, clients, and top management
- Exhibit Change & Improvement Management Skills
- Show understanding of Real Estate Process, Models & Argumentation Skills
- Strong leadership and management experience within multiple site regions
- Major corporate campus facilities experience and running several projects, sites, and financials within a multiple location portfolio
- Contribute to thought leadership, strategy development, and leadership strategies
- A clear understanding of Real Estate operations and processes in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrate experience of developing and implementing global standards, especially in a manufacturing environment
- Exhibit strong integrity in business activities
- Exhibit Change & Improvement Leadership Skills
- English and German language proficiency
