About the Role

This is a key leadership position within Ericsson Deutschland, responsible for overseeing the Rosenheim Real Estate Workplace Operations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Global Workplace Operations EMEA and will be accountable for delivering exceptional Workplace Experience to Ericsson stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workplace strategies aligned with Global Real Estate objectives
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including budget forecasting, space utilization metrics, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Collaborate with the IFM partner to ensure seamless delivery of FM & hospitality services
  • Coordinate finance and cost control, ensuring financial targets are met in the region
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and present data to key stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate
  • Hold a degree in a relevant field (BA, BSc, MSC, or similar)
  • Bring solid workplace management experience, with operational FM and stakeholder management roles
  • Develop effective presentations on complex topics and exhibit Change & Improvement Management Skills
  • Have a clear understanding of Real Estate operations and processes in a manufacturing environment
  • Exhibit strong leadership and management experience within multiple site regions
  • Speak English and German fluently
