About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Representative to join our team at NMD New Materials Development GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends, and provide recommendations for product development and sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial sales environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, as needed
