Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Representative to join our team at NMD New Materials Development GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications
- Provide technical support and training to customers, as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends, and provide recommendations for product development and sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, as needed
