Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality IT services across locations, ensuring seamless infrastructure support.
- Collaborate with the European Data Center Team to drive ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Focus on IT support, leveraging restructuring plans to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in distributed service teams, taking ownership of specific service teams and driving IT service relationships with customers.
- Ensure quality services meet agreed SLAs, implementing and providing services that meet customer needs.
- Monitor, control, and support service delivery, adhering to specified systems, processes, and methodologies.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd Level Operations for Client, Mobile, Security, Web, and Network related services.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues, sharing best practices to drive improvement.
- Contribute to the global team's efforts to enhance infrastructure services.
- Elevate operational issues and solution proposals to Management, ensuring effective coordination and escalation.
- Build strong IT service relationships with customers across levels, fostering a professional reputation.
- Drive team morale and spirit, actively promoting wins and successes through results.
- Understand and apply Incident, Problem, and Change Management Principles.
Education/Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Client Service Team.
- Proven 2nd and 3rd Level support experience in multi-language environments.
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting (layer 7-4).
- Experience in support coordination across 1st – 2nd – 3rd level teams.
- Proficient in Service Management (Service NOW as preference) and/or ITIL Principles.
- Effective in interacting with (Senior) Management.
- Experience in Client/Server Infrastructures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Technical and innovation affinity.
- Experience with Apple IOS and Microsoft OS (WIN 10, 11 plus).
- Experience in Microsoft Office Applications, Mobile Device Management.
- Strong focus on User Satisfaction.
- Proficient in German, effective in English, other European languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work at various locations in Germany, even over several days.
