Key Responsibilities
Oversee a global outsourced Shared Service Centre (SSC) across multiple regions, collaborating closely with Finance and Procurement leadership Manage the S2P, O2C, and R2R processes, including regular reporting to senior management Serve as the primary liaison for Finance Managers and leaders in Commercial and Operations to ensure effective transaction management Facilitate IT landscape analysis and harmonization, alongside process enhancement, including training and communication for business users Aid in the development of standard operating procedures and effective policies, particularly for monthly and quarterly closing processes and procurement operations Drive the implementation of standardized procurement and finance processes to mitigate financial risks, reduce costs, and promote ongoing improvement Contribute to the definition, analysis, and optimization of standardized procurement and financial processes across various business functionsQualifications
Exceptional Leadership and Communication Skills Extensive experience in managing a global (outsourced) Shared Services Center In-depth understanding of business processes within finance and procurement (e.g., R2R, P2P, and O2C) Proven expertise in Change Management High adaptability Positive and inspiring demeanor Proficient in Excel, with experience in ERP/Procurement systems such as SAP, SRM, and Ariba preferred Strong decision-making capabilities Previous experience in system implementationWHY LANXESS?
