IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As the Global Head of Pricing Strategy and Market Insights, you will oversee the global marketing and pricing strategy for all division Intermediates products, including Caprolactam, PA Films, PA and PBT base resins Durethan & Pocan, Glass Fibre, and Cyclohexanol. Your primary objective will be to optimize margins while ensuring full capacity utilization. This requires a keen understanding of market dynamics on both cost and sales fronts, allowing you to formulate effective go-to-market strategies.

Your role will also encompass the alignment and integration of systems and strategic pricing processes, enhancing overall efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness. You will lead the development and integration of various analytical tools, such as supply and demand models, to support our market intelligence strategy and improve decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, evaluate, and implement monthly pricing targets. Develop a cohesive global pricing strategy and a harmonized, tool-based pricing process.
  • Create analytical tools and dashboards to assess cost and sales price trends, monitor business development, and support financial controlling.
  • Manage integration projects focused on developing standardized tools and processes while fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Formulate a comprehensive market intelligence strategy. Analyze competitors and relevant markets, supporting the transition to a more sustainable industry. Capture essential market insights and translate them into actionable knowledge for the Marketing & Sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing and Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, IT, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate pricing-related tasks through effective cooperation and alignment with various departments, deriving insights on market trends to inform pricing strategies.
  • Engagement with Finance and Controlling for analytical discussions, ensuring alignment on data and KPIs.
  • Collaboration with IT to translate business requirements into actionable tasks and objectives.
  • Implementation of the Market Intelligence strategy through close collaboration with Procurement and Sales to generate insights and support decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • MBA or equivalent in a relevant field; consulting experience is advantageous.
  • Over 10 years of experience in related sectors.
  • Proven project management and international experience.
  • Expertise in Strategic Marketing, particularly in cost and pricing within the commodity sector, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong business partner orientation.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple complex projects.
