Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic operations and media management, with experience in budget planning, personnel planning, and change management. They will be responsible for advising and supporting the two executive editors in the strategic and operational management of the multimedia editorial department (MCR).

Key Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think conceptually and process-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience with SAP and other relevant software systems
  • Strong knowledge of the ARD structure and operations

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent English language skills
