We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Support Agent who is fluent in Dutch to enhance our operations in the dynamic field of social media marketing. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving customer engagement and improving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Address customer inquiries regarding the social media platform and its offerings.
- Assist clients in meeting their advertising objectives and enhancing budget efficiency.
- Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships.
- Oversee the implementation and performance tracking of digital campaigns for existing clients.
- Provide constructive feedback and strategic recommendations on marketing efforts.
- Identify emerging trends in campaigns and escalate any significant challenges.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional communication and support skills.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in social media or digital marketing is advantageous.
- Must be based in Germany.
- A strong sales-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial thinking and a proactive approach.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with social media advertising products or a strong interest in digital marketing.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch (C2) and a good command of English (B2).
- Willingness to work on-site.
