- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through research, networking, and digital outreach strategies, and qualify prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Sales Development: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our social media services.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads in the Dutch-speaking market.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating and localizing marketing materials and content for the Dutch-speaking market, ensuring messaging is consistent and culturally relevant.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business results.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and guidelines.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) is also required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
- Sales and Marketing Acumen: A passion for sales and marketing with a keen interest in the social media industry.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong commitment to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Berlin if currently residing abroad. A relocation package is available for eligible candidates.
- On-Site Requirement: Must be based in Berlin and willing to work fully on-site in our vibrant office.
