Key ResponsibilitiesDuring your internship, you will be integrated into the daily operations of the Acquisitions and Asset Management team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing new investment opportunities (business models, business plans, etc.)
- Developing financial models and performing valuations
- Preparing draft presentations for ongoing and prospective projects
- Assisting in the due diligence process for new investment targets
- Conducting benchmarking and industry analysis
- Performing market research
- Collaborating with asset management specialists to implement value-enhancing strategies for our portfolios
- Coordinating with external service providers and property managers
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A keen interest in finance, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and related fields
- Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in economics, finance, real estate, or a related discipline, with a strong academic record
- The ability to thrive in a small, dynamic team environment
- Excellent analytical skills and the capacity to quickly understand new concepts and tasks
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (skills will be assessed)
- Fluency in both German and English
- Previous experience in corporate finance or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory
