Our investment strategy focuses on uncovering high-quality assets with untapped potential. We enhance this potential through meticulous tenant management, strategic re-leasing, comprehensive refurbishments, and extensive capital expenditure projects, employing a variety of investment strategies.

We strive to provide a transparent, personalized, and seamless experience that generates value for all stakeholders throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

During your internship, you will be immersed in the daily operations of our Acquisitions and Asset Management team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing new investment opportunities (business models, business plans, etc.)
  • Developing financial models and performing valuations
  • Preparing preliminary presentations for ongoing and prospective projects
  • Assisting in the due diligence process for new investment targets
  • Conducting benchmarking and industry analysis
  • Performing market research
  • Collaborating with our asset management specialists to implement value-enhancing strategies for our portfolios
  • Coordinating with external service providers and property managers
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong passion for finance, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and related fields
  • Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in economics, finance, real estate, or a related discipline, with a track record of outstanding academic performance
  • The ability to thrive in a small, dynamic team environment
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to quickly understand new concepts and tasks
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (skills will be assessed)
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Previous experience in corporate finance or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory
