About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our OEM team at Lenovo. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to sell Lenovo's capabilities and offerings
  • Create a robust pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales support teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with business partners to develop and drive proactive approaches to assigned accounts

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales in a similar position within the IT industry
  • Ability to work on cross-departmental and cultural assignments
  • Passion for IT technology and supporting customers
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with data
