Position Overview

We are collaborating with a prominent international technology firm specializing in advanced 3D solutions, including printers, scanners, and software applications. This company caters to diverse sectors such as healthcare, automotive, semiconductors, and aerospace. As part of their expansion in Germany and throughout Europe, they are seeking a Marketing Manager focused on medical device offerings. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from your home office in Germany.

Role: Marketing Manager – Medical Devices (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager for the DACH & EMEA regions, you will play a vital role within the global marketing team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing based in the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, monitor, and report on the marketing strategy tailored for the DACH and EMEA markets. This encompasses crafting marketing and communication strategies, launching new products, and fostering market growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading strategic marketing initiatives within the DACH and EMEA regions
  • Collaborating with global counterparts to ensure alignment of marketing strategies
  • Managing budget allocations effectively
  • Overseeing the creation and dissemination of content tailored to your target audience and region

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • A proven history of success in a similar marketing management role
  • Experience in the medical devices, technology, or pharmaceutical sectors is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of the DACH and EMEA markets, particularly within the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with both traditional marketing and digital/social media platforms
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% of the time
