Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Mitarbeiter, der unsere IT-Infrastruktur am Standort in Haren unterstützt. Als IT-Support-Spezialist wirst du für die Klassifizierung und Weiterleitung von Anfragen des First-Level-Supports verantwortlich sein. Du wirst Hardware-Wartungen durchführen, Onsite-Support-Aktivitäten durchführen und die Mobilität von Mitarbeitern unterstützen. Darüber hinaus wirst du die Mobilität von Mitarbeitern unterstützen und die Hardwaredatenbanken pflegen.

Was du bringst
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder ähnliche Qualifikationen
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung / Helpdesk / Support
  • IT-Grundkenntnisse
  • Grundkenntnisse MS Dynamics oder eines anderen ERP-Systems wünschenswert
  • Problemlösungskompetenz sowie ein ausgeprägtes Teamverständnis
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
  • MS Office Kenntnisse
