As a key player in financial services, we undertake a variety of responsibilities ranging from proposal generation to commission billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing commission agreements with product partners, particularly insurance companies
  • Maintaining close collaboration with our product management and commission accounting teams
  • Regularly updating commission rates and regulatory frameworks
  • Ongoing management of provider, division, and tariff databases
  • Providing second-level support for commission-related inquiries from the sales team
  • Managing agency identification numbers
Your Qualifications:
  • You possess a completed commercial apprenticeship (experience in the insurance or banking sectors is a plus) and/or have relevant experience in sales support
  • You approach tasks in a structured and results-driven manner
  • You have proficient skills in Excel
  • You are an effective communicator and a collaborative team member
