Program Management Specialist (Operational Organization) Wiesbaden, Germany Eligibility Criteria

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Management Specialist, you will strategize and provide guidance on the execution of innovative ideas, procedures, and processes of significant scope and complexity. Your role will involve:

1. **Advising on productivity and quality management**: Utilize your technical expertise and sound judgment to enhance operational efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

2. **Consultative Services**: Assist in developing strategic business plans, resource allocation, and execution documentation while monitoring budgetary policies and systems.

3. **Operational Assessments**: Conduct evaluations to ensure that strategic planning effectively addresses customer and operational needs, optimizing resource utilization for both short and long-term objectives.

4. **Customer Feedback Management**: Develop and oversee initiatives to gather and assess feedback on productivity and quality management efforts.

5. **Coordination and Analysis**: Engage in staff actions and analyses related to productivity, quality management, and continuous improvement, including organizational structure and business processes.

Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following educational and experience requirements:

- **Education**: Completion of an apprenticeship in a commercial, business, or administrative field, or equivalent qualifications.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant job experience, depending on the education level.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English (C2) and German (C2) is mandatory.
