Role Overview:
As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our international clientele. Your responsibilities will include managing a dedicated portfolio of domain names and nurturing strong relationships with our clients. You will be part of a global organization that prioritizes exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients
• Manage a fixed portfolio in the domain management sector
• Address customer inquiries through phone and chat support
• Provide information on industry guidelines and new service offerings
• Conduct research and analysis of portfolio data
• Facilitate online training sessions for clients

Qualifications:
• Completed commercial training or a degree in a related field, or relevant work experience
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in German is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective coordination and management of your responsibilities
