Data Migration Roll-out Manager

As a key member of the Intersnack team, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of our ONE template across the organisation. This involves leading the roll-out of harmonised business processes and IT solutions, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system.
Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of the ONE template across the Intersnack Group, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the overall roll-out plan.
- Support local implementation teams in realising harmonisation activities, applying the template's standards using available migration and harmonisation tools.
- Enable local teams to transition from their current ways of working to the future common way of working and organisational setup, focusing on master data creation and legacy data enrichment.
- Ensure local implementation teams go live in a timely manner, maintaining delivery scope and budget.
- Socialise and defend data-related aspects of the ONE template to prevent local deviations from process or system standards.
- Quickly identify and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
- Develop Functional Specifications from a business perspective to identify solutions bridging gaps in the ONE template application within the local organisation.
- Enable key resources within the local organisation to support ONE template implementation.
- Guide local experts, including IT specialists, to develop a solid basis for Business as Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring central and local policies for IT governance are embedded and supported.
- Document all work to project-defined standards within standard document templates and use tools like JIRA and SharePoint to monitor actions, update documents, and manage workload.
You will define, apply, and continuously improve the realisation approach in line with the overall programme's guidelines and in agreement with the Group Process Owners, fulfilling the overall programme target.
Requirements- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or similar experience.
- Approximately 10 to 15 years of work experience in IT or (in-house) consulting.
- FMCG (ideally food) experience is a must, including non-project roles.
- Project Management qualifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) would be desirable.
- Data Migration experience in Infor solutions and/or making use of Infor MDM/Ataccama or other Data migration solutions.
- Knowledge in database solutions (e.g., MySQL) and data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL).
- Experience working at a multi-country organisation, ideally in the Food or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Positive 'can do' approach.

- Leadership of projects/project teams consisting of internal resources and/or consultants.
