Data Migration Roll-out Manager

About the Role

Intersnack is seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Roll-out Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our ONE template across all countries and organisations within the Intersnack Group.

The successful candidate will lead and deliver the implementation work in the area of Master Data and Data Migration, ensuring a groupwide harmonized set of master data. You will work closely with local implementation teams to transition from their current ways of working and organisational setup into the future common way of working and the resulting organisational setup in the data area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the ONE template implementation across the group in line with the overall roll-out plan
  • Support local implementation / realisation of the ONE template lead and drive the delivery of harmonisation activities applying the template's standards using available migration and harmonisation tools
  • Support and enable local teams to transition from their current ways of working and organisational setup into the future common way of working and the resulting organisational setup in the data area
  • Support local implementation teams to go-live in a timely manner maintaining the delivery scope and budget

Requirements

  • University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Administration – or similar experience
  • Approx. 10 to 15 years work experience in IT or (In house) Consulting
  • FMCG (ideally food) experience is a must (also on non-project roles)
