Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our tax department, you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  • Coordinating meetings and events, managing travel logistics, and overseeing cost accounting.
  • Handling both general and technical correspondence in German and English, including phonetic dictation.
  • Creating and refining presentations to support departmental initiatives.
  • Managing the library and procuring relevant tax literature.
  • Compiling specialized journals and risk management reports.

Your role will also involve assisting tax and customs officers in their daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.

You should be available to work across five days, including three afternoons.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A completed commercial training program, preferably with an additional qualification in English.
  • Some hands-on experience in an assistant role.
  • Strong proficiency in PC applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A commitment to fostering a trusting and collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent interdisciplinary communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
