Ihre Aufgaben

Als Außendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für den Vertrieb unserer hochwertigen Composites-Deckschichten in der Region Süddeutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Betreuung und Pflege unserer Bestandskunden durch regelmäßige Besuche und persönliche Beratung.
  • Identifikation neuer Anwendungsmöglichkeiten und Akquise von Neukunden zur Erweiterung unseres Kundenstamms.
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Neu- und Bestandskunden sowie Teilnahme an Messen und Durchführung von Schulungen.
Ihr Profil

Sie bringen mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. ein entsprechendes Studium.
  • Freude am Kontakt mit verschiedenen Kunden und an der Beratung hinsichtlich technischer Produktlösungen.
  • Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise im Außendienst, insbesondere in der Kunststoff-, Nutzfahrzeug- oder Caravanbranche.
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein überzeugendes Auftreten.
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken sowie hohe Eigenmotivation.
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen.
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Verkaufsgebiets.
