Exploring the RoleWe are seeking an Associate Partner - Customer Success to join our MarTech Business team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospitality products and the industry as a whole. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality support to clients to improve and grow their business.
- Take ownership of key accounts in the area of hotel online marketing and e-commerce.
- Develop campaign strategies based on price comparison sites such as Trivago, Tripadvisor, and Google Hotel Ads.
- Regularly review and optimize clients' marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients to discuss campaign success and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage internal projects within Account Management, leveraging your strengths and interests.
- Manage your own hotel portfolio, driving growth and revenue.
- Work closely with the team to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Contribute to cross-functional conversations on new products and ideas, providing transparent feedback.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and processes, articulating this to customers when required.
- Onboard new customers, empowering them to get the most out of our product range.
- At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing or revenue management, with extensive experience in account management/customer success management.
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in related fields, with excellent communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS/B2B product offerings.
- Expertise in understanding market dynamics and travel/hospitality industry trends.
- Good understanding of client servicing strategies.
- Understanding of escalation handling procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability to review numbers and draw conclusions about past and future trends.
- Proficiency in identifying renewal and upselling opportunities.
- Prioritize addressing customer queries promptly and with high-quality standards.
- Experience with customer onboarding.
- Efficiently collaborate across departments and work closely with other teams.
