Job Summary:

The Regional Workplace Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for partnering with a regional operations team in our Amazon Europe Core Network to execute company Workplace Health and Safety policies and ensure compliance to all applicable health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with regional operations teams to execute company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
