About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing customer inquiries, primarily via phone and email. You will also provide first-level support and guidance on the efficient use of our webshop, create and manage individual offers, and take orders over the phone while promoting cross- and up-selling initiatives.
