Solar Energy Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at OSW Netherlands B.V. in Germany. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing accounts and acquire new clients
- Develop and achieve sales KPIs, including sales revenue goals, active customer numbers, and new customer acquisition targets
- Generate new business and onboard new customers through calls and emails
- Maintain regular customer contact with prospects and customer contacts
- Enter, track, and update leads and prospects daily via CRM
- Knowledge of the solar industry
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to implement strategies to maximize sales and customer retention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
- Ability to problem-solve with effective negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and Google
- Ability to learn new CRM software and processes
- Valid driver's license
