Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a diverse team of top-tier sales professionals.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges.
  • Develop and execute robust operational strategies around sales activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to foster productive discussions with clients and enhance team performance.
  • Set and manage ambitious sales targets while motivating your team to achieve excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, guiding them through decision-making processes.
  • Represent CoachHub at industry events, showcasing our thought leadership.
  • Establish and uphold high standards for performance and accountability within your team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in complex B2B sales as an individual contributor.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in the B2B enterprise sector.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect personally and professionally.
  • A reputation for consistency and a strong work ethic, coupled with a growth mindset.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development for yourself and your team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, with experience selling to HR, Talent, or L&D departments being advantageous.
  • Experience in SaaS or software sales is preferred.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Must be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
