Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a diverse team of top-tier sales professionals.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges.
- Develop and execute robust operational strategies around sales activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to foster productive discussions with clients and enhance team performance.
- Set and manage ambitious sales targets while motivating your team to achieve excellence.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, guiding them through decision-making processes.
- Represent CoachHub at industry events, showcasing our thought leadership.
- Establish and uphold high standards for performance and accountability within your team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in complex B2B sales as an individual contributor.
- At least 5 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in the B2B enterprise sector.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect personally and professionally.
- A reputation for consistency and a strong work ethic, coupled with a growth mindset.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development for yourself and your team.
- Willingness to travel as needed, with experience selling to HR, Talent, or L&D departments being advantageous.
- Experience in SaaS or software sales is preferred.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and professional proficiency in English is required.
- Must be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
