Job Title: Head of Account ManagementJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Account Management to lead our B2B and dealer-focused sales operations. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in managing and growing key accounts to drive long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the account management function, overseeing the onboarding, growth, and retention of key B2B accounts
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing account management team
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Use data and KPIs to guide account management strategies and team performance
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B account management with a proven track record in key account growth, sales team leadership, and process optimization
  • Experience in marketplaces, preferably in the used car or small business platforms
  • Demonstrated success in leading and growing account management or customer success teams
  • Extensive experience in designing and scaling sales processes from scratch
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Strong ability to use data and KPIs to inform decision-making
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
