Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Center Sales Team Leader to join our team in Germany. As a Data Center Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing our reputation and sales success in complex, multi-country, multi-product data center projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct personal responsibility for selected accounts, driving profitable growth through assigned accounts and opportunities.
- Responsibility as Team leader for a number of assigned data center sales and account managers.
- Execution of the overall EMEA and Global data center sale strategy across Germany.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Science or Engineering, or equivalent data centre industry experience.
- 10+ years of related experience in the data center business.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and coordinate others.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, high degree of customer affinity, and strong ability to influence others.
- Strong technical and engineering presence.
- Demonstrable knowledge of data center design and operations.
- Strong executive presence and ability to relate well as a peer to leaders of target customers.
