Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Data Center Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Data Center Segment Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing complex, multi-country, and multi-product data center projects. You will work closely with our Data Center Account and Zone Team to drive sales success and advance Eaton's reputation in the data center industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the sales process for data center projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and customer needs to drive growth and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
- 10+ years of experience in the data center industry, with a proven track record of sales success and leadership.
- Strong executive presence, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Knowledge of data center design and operations, with a strong understanding of industry trends and technologies.
