It has unique characteristics derived from the fact that it straddles IT and facility, and that the Data Center and IT are in the middle of a radical transformation due to the combination of digitization and surge of AI loads driving a fast growth in power needs on the one hand, and de-carbonization and grid saturation on other hand.Data Center Segment Sales Team Leader (m/w/d) Tasks The primary goal is to advance Eaton in becoming the leading company in the data center industry by managing its reputation and sales success into complex, multi country, multi product, data center projects. Reporting to the Data Centre Sales director for EMEA. The Data Centre Account and Zone Team leader role will have three main areas of responsibility. DC Segment Team: Responsibility as Team leader for a number of assigned data center sales and account managers. Territory: Responsible for the execution of the overall EMEA and Global data center sale strategy across Germany. Profile Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Science or Engineering. Or equivalent data centre industry experience 10+ years of related experience in the data center business. Demonstrable knowledge of data center design and operations. Understand when to support, when to lead and When to Listen and when to Direct.
